Chef Roberto Donna is teaming up with Owner and Winemaker Giorgio Forno of Il Falchetto of Santo Stefano Belbo, Piedmont IT to bring you an afternoon filled with original desserts and award winning wines.

Soft Moscato Wine Cake with Moscato Zabaglione Paired with Moscato Ciombi
Alba Hazelnut Cake Paired with Tenuta del Fant Moscato
Dark Cocoa & Brachetto Cake Paired with Brachetto
Il Falchetto is considered the best producer of Moscato d'Asti. For the 2012 edition of "Gambero Rosso" - the famous Italian Wine Bible, Il Falchetto received Tre Bicchieri (three glasses - highest rating) for their Moscato d'Asti "Tenuta del Fant". Tre Bicchieri is usually awarded to red and white wines but rarely sweet. This demonstration will be a unique union of technique and flavor.
